Phil was born and raised in the Waterford area and has had a passion for our community from a young age.  After attending The University of Western Ontario, he decided to jump into entrepreneurship with Bruce Veltri in 2009.  They started Victoria Eldercare and have just celebrated the completion of their 8th successful year.

He is  also part of the Norfolk Community Foundation, and most importantly happily married and a father of 2 wonderful children aged 4 and 2 years old.

Just last year he launched a new company called Red Apple Rides.  Their Bicycle Rental, and guided bicycle tour company is about to start their second year of business and he is very excited to talk to us about what they are all about, and what they have planned in the community over the Spring/Summer/Fall seasons.
