Catch the Ace Proceeds – Expenditure Update
To date, we have realized CTA revenue of approximately $30.1K generated over 43 weeks of hard work by President Gail Catherwood and those supporting her at the Port Dover Legion. So far, we have donated $22.3K to 10 qualified and deserving recipients. Included on that list are:
- Lighthouse Theatre Seats, $2000
- Norfolk General Hospital, $5000
- Pikanjikum Reserve, $2000
- Food Gathering Centre, $3500
- Farm to School Program, $2500
- County Fair Agri-Awareness, $1000
- Indwell Suite, $1800
- Pregnancy & Family Centre, $1800
- Women’s Shelter, $1000
- Literacy Council, $1700
Most recently, we have been able to deliver cheques to the Norfolk Pregnancy & Family Resource Centre as well as to the Haldimand-Norfolk Literacy Council; two very deserving recipients we have had a history of supporting.
