Habitat for Humanity - it's here!

Sandra Cocco (left) told us this morning about the exciting plans for Habitat Brant to build a home on Patterson St. in Simcoe. It will be a Rotary build project, thanks to the initial commitment to sponsor with a $2,500 donation by the Rotary Club of Simcoe. Rotarians, other service groups, community members and corporate sponsors will have the opportunity to help in a variety of ways. Ground breaking is in late April, so before the end of May we should be able to roll up our sleeves and get busy! Linda Snyder (right) will be overseeing the Simcoe build to line up volunteers and sponsors. Norfolk Sunrise has the capacity, including skills and resources, to contribute to this build project.
