Very uplifting "classification talk" by Tracy this morning. Interesting to learn that it took Tracy a while to find her passion as a chef, but she certainly hasn't looked back since. That passion certainly has driven Tracy to excellence, demonstrated in spades through The Bellworth House restaurant, her catering, and now her Liaison College venture. But Tracy's apparently not a bit competitive ...
