Dr. Keith Kerr must be one of Norfolk's best kept secrets. In a humble and low-key manner, Dr. Kerr has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to benefit several charitable organizations benefiting the youth and health of people in our community and abroad. The Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise proudly recognized Dr. Keith Kerr with a Paul Harris Fellowship Award based on his amazing demonstration of Rotary ideals and selfless service to humanity.
