At our Christmas Party 2021, the RCNS announced its most recent member - Yuliia Postil.
Yuliia certainly has an interesting background and will bring much value to our Club. So indicative of her interest in our cause, that she was attracted to our developments along the Sunrise Trail and felt that she had to join in - first just to get the job done and then with a full membership to our Club.
Go to the 'Read more .." tab to get a glimpse into Yuliia's life and to see some photos from our welcoming ceremony.
We welcome you Yuliia - you're a great addition to our Club; what we do and what we stand for.

Personal Notes (in her own words) - Yuliia Postil

I am Yuliia Postil, moved with my family to Canada from Ukraine last year.

During my life living in Ukraine I graduated from Poltava State Agrarian University with Master’s degree in Management organisation and administrations and Master’s degree in Economics of Enterprises at Institute of Postgraduate Education at Poltava State Agrarian University with honours.

I used all the opportunities that gave me my student life. I am a winner of the scholarship program «Zavtra.UA» Ukrainian charitable organization «Victor Pinchuk Foundation – a social initiative» in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 years (Kyiv, Ukraine) and received a private stipend for 4 years.

I took part in lots of scholarships, internships, summer schools, won many scientific competitions and received a nomination as “The best student-scientist in Poltava region” in 2013, Ukraine.

Social work is a part of my life. I took part in many environmental forums, climate camps, volunteered in lots of social projects and activities.

My interest in helping people brings me to your Club. I hope to be useful, help, share my experience and knowledge to change this world for the better and live by the Rotary Club slogan «Service Above Self».
