One of the three ways that a Paul Harris Fellowship may be awarded is for an individual to make a substantial personal financial contribution(s) to the Rotary Foundation.As a result, in 2024 the Rotary Foundation has once again recognized Nancy Sherwin with a Paul Harris Fellowship for her ongoing donations to the Foundation. The recognition pin was introduced by Co-President Mary Mercato and presented by visiting D7090 Governor David Alexander at our routine morning meeting on 19 November. Joining Nancy, David and Mary in the photo is Co-President Ross Gowan.
A donation to the Rotary Foundation by Rotarians such as Nancy, is the lifeblood of our corporate body, supporting projects around the world such as polio eradication, clean water, youth development and providing grant money back to Clubs for their local projects. We are so proud of our selfless and generous RCNS leaders such as Nancy.
