I hope everyone has enjoyed the summer break and you have had ample time to recharge your battery. As our summer recess draws to a close our club will embark on the genesis of a new year with renewed enthusiasm and vigor.
The Covid challenge continues as will our Zoom meetings for the foreseeable future. This will make it challenging for Ways and Means, however I am confident this will bring new opportunities. It is not always what we achieve but what we have overcome.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone on August 11. this meeting will provide an opportunity for the committees to meet for the first time. I would like to remind the chairs to submit their reports to the Board members by the following Tuesday. This would allow ample time for review followed by discussion at the Board meeting on August 20.
