Sign Up for the Rotary Wheel Car Rally

Our Rotary Wheel Car Rally is only about 3 weeks away. This is a social event for Rotarians, Friends and Family on Sunday, September 20th at 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM and then a tailgate party at President Steve Malo’s farm. The cost to attend this social is $20 per person.
As with all events, there has been a lot of planning ongoing with the Covid rules and bringing 100 or more participants together for a tailgate party. Our planning committee needs some commitments from you.  We are working on our food menu now  to comply with Covid rules.  Food will be provided.

Starting at the Vittoria & District Community Centre. Followed by a Tail Gate Party at Steve Malo's
Additional Info;
- handing out tickets and car routes once participants pay the fee
- staggering start time may be necessary depending on number of participants
- Tracy Winkworth is in charge of food distribution (as per Covid 19 protocols)
- non-alcoholic drinks will be available
- bring a lawn chair for the Tail Gate at Steve Malo's
- masks are a requirement
