RCNS - INVASION of the DRAGONS - JUNE '23

 
GENERAL
When - Saturday, June 24 (practice day) and Sunday, June 25 (competition day) , 2023 
Where - Alice St Waterford, Ontari
 
This is a fund raiser for 2 local, non profits,  Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise (RCNS) and the Cancer Support & Resource Program (CSRP) in Norfolk County. All local groups putting all the profits back into the community.To summarize some of the other questions….
 
We will; 
  • be offering 4 food trucks, local on site.
  • have abel enterprises and belching barista for drinks;
  • be using portable john services from Norfolk County;
  • be asking schools for volunteering opportunities;
  •  be asking for dumpster from local vendor…Norfolk Disposal;
  • be advertising and asking the local community to get out their best;
  • supply the tourists with more food options, drinks, shopping. 
HOW to MAKE a CHARITABLE DONATION(s)
We welcome charitable donations in support of this fundraiser from corporations and/or individuals. From our Corporate supporters, we are seeking $5,000 each. 
Should you be interested in supporting us with a charitable donation, you are asked to note that;
  • All donations may be transferred to the RCNS Treasurer (eTransfer highly recommended) by sending your donation to treasurer.rcns1@gmail.com
  • At the same time, you are asked to send us the related details with a (fill-in your donation details to each prompted question) email to the RCNS event coordinator using this email form. 
HOW to REGISTER a TEAM
In order to participate you must register a team with us. A single, non-charitable team fee payment of $1000 is required to secure. your registration.
Team Captains interested in registering for this event are to note that;
  • All registration fees are to be transferred to the RCNS Treasurer (eTransfer highly recommended) by sending your donation to treasurer.rcns1@gmail.com
  • At the same time, you are asked to send us the related details with a (fill-in your team details to each prompted question) email to the RCNS event coordinator using this email form.
WAIVERS & FORMS
The following waiver and/or forms must be completed in order to participate. Team Captains are repponsible for these submissions:
  • The waiver https://www.alkame.ca/files/Waiver-PDBC-Alkame.pdf must be completed by anyone participating on your team – applicable for both for your practice session June 24th and on race day June 25th; and
  • As captain/manager of your team you are responsible for collecting and submitting all completed documentation to the registration tent on race day.
