Welcome to the Twilight Quilters’ Guild of Norfolk County!

We are a learning guild with members whose expertise ranges from beginner to expert (and everything in between). We encourage you to check us out. We’re not so big that no one will ever learn your name and not so small that you stick out like a sore thumb if you come to a meeting!
Our focus is to promote and enjoy the art of quilting. Members are respected for their individual form of expression; be it patchwork, modern or traditional, landscape or applique, paper piecing, thread painting or mixed media. Anything goes! The guild plans far enough ahead to get award-winning Canadian and international speakers for some of our monthly meetings and workshops. At other meetings, members share their talents and demonstrate techniques for the group. Guest speakers and their trunk shows inspire us to push our limits when creating our own quilts. we encourage the sharing of expertise among members through teaching a workshop, preparing “block of the month”, organizing fabric exchanges, presenting featured library books and providing monthly tips.
The Twilight Quilter’s Guild have given back to the community through donating quilts created by members, to various organizations including Camp Trillium, the Women’s Shelter, the Alzheimer Society and most recently local retirement homes and Dogwood Suites of Indwell.
