As seeded clubs, the Rotary Club of Simcoe (RCS) & Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise (RCNS) are both privileged to participate in a bi-annual RI Curling Exchange with Scotland.For 4 weeks in 2018, Margaret Bancroft (RCS) & Jim Simpson (RCNS) represented their respective clubs in Scotland and then arranged for the reciprocal visit of Scots to Norfolk County in 2022.
In 2024, John Vallee (RCS) & Keith Jones (RCNS) have been selected as the participants to attend the exchange (both shown in the photo bookending the 2024 Team Captain Donna Buchan from the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium). The16-person, Ontario-based team leaves on 2 Nov for 3 weeks of curling and fellowship as only the Scots can organize.
